When my friend Julianne told me that she was getting her degree in something called "medical billing and coding", my first thought was to wonder what that was. My next thought was to worry that she wouldn’t be able to get a job. See, Julianne has always been kind of like a little sister to me. That’s nice and all but it’s often meant that I ended up taking financial care of her when she was in a bind.

As soon as she said that she was getting this medical billing and coding White Plains degree in order to work in her area, I went straight to Google to find out what that was. I discovered that it’s actually an education that can lead to a fairly good job in White Plains. And there are similar programs at schools like Sanford Brown Atlanta and Sanford Brown Lauderdale so it looks like she’ll be able to get a job elsewhere if she ever decides to move. Since she tends to be flighty, I’ll consider that a plus.

Julianne can use the degree to work in doctor’s offices, hospitals and nursing home facilities. Those are places that are located everywhere. And the job itself will provide her with office skills that will give her experience to work in other areas if she decides she doesn’t like healthcare. As a typical big sister figure, I’m both proud of her and relieved that she’s standing on her own two feet for a change!
